Is the treatment painful?

Thanks to our advanced technology and design the microneedling treatment is very well tolerated and comfortable. Many find no need for any topical anesthetic cream. However, we will always offer it for your optimal comfort!

How many treatments do I need?

During your consultation, Dr Abou Kheir will create a personalized treatment plan for your needs. But if you are wondering, this is an average amount of how many treatments are recommended* for :

– Skin rejuvenation: 3-6 treatments (6-8 weeks apart)

– Acne scarring: 4-6 treatments (6-8 weeks apart)

– Stretch marks: 4-8 treatments (6-8 weeks apart)

– Pigmentation: 4-6 treatments (2-4 weeks apart)

How soon after my injections (Botox or fillers) can I have microneedling?

Wrinkle reduction and dermal filler treatments can be performed 2 weeks before and after your microneedling session.

How long does it take before I can see results?

Usually, you will see results after the first treatment. However, lasting and more significant results will become visible after 3 to 6 treatments. The condition of your skin will continue to improve over the next 6-12 months after the completion of treatments, especially when combined with our recommended post-treatment care.

Is there any downtime?

You may experience facial redness for 12-48 hours after the treatment, similar to a sunburn. Most people can return to their normal daily activities immediately after the treatment. Dr Abou Kheir will provide you with post-treatment information and products to optimize your results.
